5 Reasons Why You Should Get Tested For Sleep Apnea Today
Sleep Apnea has kind of been a hot topic for the last couple years. As research progresses we see more and more reasons why Sleep Apnea needs to be treated. We also see more and more methods of accomplishing this. There’s the CPAP, Positional Sleep Therapy, Surgery, and even Oral Devices all meant to help people with Sleep Apnea get the sleep they need.
Of course, before you get treatment a diagnosis is needed. A lot of people find it hard to get up and get tested. These same people just look at snoring as some noise in the night and not as a symptom of a much larger problem. I mean, it’s common sense that the better your breathing is during sleep the better the sleep will be. However, even though Sleep Apnea patients often need more sleep, they can often find it hard to fall asleep in the first place.

For those of us who’ve had a migraine, it’s pretty obvious there’s a clear difference between that and a regular headache. Unfortunately, those with Sleep Apnea can be prone to both. Just another reason that those who aren’t getting enough sleep can be so irritable.
